That looks like it’s a dock and boathouse, boathouse for rowing Craft and a nice wooden boat tied to the dock just a few ideas

Working on coaling tower. Bought this crappy kit. The wood was so badly warped. Had to scratch build all the walls and subfloor. Making trusses. Will have interior framing top floor.

Yup, I think that’s what turned me away from wood and resin kits years back.
Just luck of the draw, all my kits were bad.
