I just finished part of my refinery, here are 3 pictures of it.
I'm so glad that part of the refinery is done. It was the toughest kit that I've done so far.
I still have to do some touch ups, a bit of weathering and waiting for some flashing red, yellow and orange light to come in and install in the furnace.

Looking good Lloyd. I like the rust effects.
As far as the walls and base around the tanks,the ones Ive worked in,in my area,are usually just a light colored limestone. On newer or refurbished tanks it's usually very tidy. On the older ones there is usually standing water and weeds scattered about.
