Trying to get some info on EL passenger trains. I am organizing several boxes of cars that have been donated to the club by (usually widows or heirs) former model railroaders. It appears when I went through the box labeled passenger cars the modeler was a EL fan. Any way here is the car info for this passenger train. I have never modeled any passenger trains so may have the nomenclature incorrect. before posting for sale wanted to get some background on what these are and from the consist imagined it was modeled after a named train.

Did perform google search but didn't find any heavy weight images only the streamlined cars.

The Rivarossi cars came painted for just about everything, without regards for prototypical accuracy. The EL had a mixture of heavyweight and lightweight cars. if you just want some cars lettered for EL, they'll do. A roster of their equipment with photos is here:

I will warn you that getting accurate passenger cars for any road can be quite the expensive chore. Guess how I know!
