this is ours a fully working and operational candle facility we start with the big trucks who bring BRICKS of wax there is 6 bricks in 2lbs to a chopping center in 1 room where the bricks are chopped into small cubed and loaded onto a dump truck from there the dump truck takes the materiel down the hall to another room and transfers at a transfer station to train the train takes the cubed bulk and brings it to the grinder where it becomes wax powder once re loaded on hoppers and gondlas the wax goes from that station to the melting tower where its poured into a pan melted and poured into a mold to dry

another gondla holds aluminum wick holders and we have string ready to go at the melting station so we make our own wicks and lower them down into the molds before pour while drying the wicks and held straight up by a semiphore tower once done the candle has its aluminum foil skirt ripped off thrown away and the candle gets loaded onto flat cars where it rides the train a final time to the transfer station where its loaded onto flatbed truck for wherehousing

now if i lived alone id run track in the hall eliminating the need for truck delivery but yeah that aint happenin. im still happy though i love being able to produce candles and make the train pay for itself each candle goes to flea market for 5$ each

absolutely beautiful do the conveyors work as well? also how much weight can the conveyor handle im asking cause i hve been needing to make a tower for both my ho and my o guage for our shooting range/lead mine and no worrys nothings gonna be too close to the range

ahh i had an idea for using a long woodbit and pipe as a corkscrew conveyer but i need to figure how to make it not dig and just turn im almost tempted to go to the farmstore to get one but the problem is u have to buy 2 silos with it at like 90$ so been waiting for one to show up at flea market so i can get it cheaper without the silos
