Digitrax issue

Hello, has anyone had the issue of pressing the "mu" button when adding to an exisitng consist and for some reason it kills power to the track. Very strange.
please advise. Thanks in advance

Sounds like a keypad issue.

Mine doesn’t do that but it does other strange things at times.
Sometimes I have to push the plug into the panel a little harder.

I'm not sure which type Digitrax throttle you're referring to, but I'll chip in here.
On the 400 and 500 series throttles, you can accidentally push a button in so hard that it will stick but ya won't realize it. Instead, you'll be focusing on why the throttle isn't responding to other commands or doing strange stuff.
When ya look at the keypad ya don't notice it, but if ya turn the keypad so you're looking across the tops of the buttons, the one that is stuck down or cockeyed will stand out very clear.
