Decal Source

Wondering if anyone knew of a source for MOW decals, specifically "Idler Car, not for loading". I have scratch built two truss rod flat cars and wanted to decal them as MOW Idler Car for my car float operations. I remember this type of car being used for State Belt lines in San Francisco when I was a kid.

Also, I pulled out some of my older equipment and used Microscale Blue Railroad Gothic lettering. Can't seem to locate these anymore when looking at Microscale website.
