Yes they are shipping in March 2012.

I'm mad right now, because the minimum radius required is 28".

And I have 24".
 


Hmmm 28" radius. That stinks. I guess I will havta stick with my Bachmann DD40AX. No way I can fit 28" diameter curves on my shelf layout. It's kinda pricy anyway.

Yea that thing is HUGE! Like 20" long. If they made them like the Veranda Turbines, with the 4 pivoting trucks they would only need 24".

Nothing special on the underside. Each set of trucks has a central pivot point.

I have flex track so I am not sure exactly what my curve radii are but it runs on my outer loop but jumps off the track on my inner loop. My guess is about 24" on outer loop and a bit smaller on the inner loop. I really love how that behemoth looks on my layout. Waiting for my QSI stereo titan to arrive for my U50.

I know what you mean.

Maybe they should all say "we will ship when it gets here". They shouldn't even bother with actual dates. :mad:
