Recently I added 3 Peco Electro Frog Turnouts (SLE8351 and 52) to my new HO layout. I should have gotten Inslu Frog as I'm not using DCC. Is there any way to convert these so I don't have to use insluated track jointers and extra feed wires?

Thanks for you help!

The short answer is, "Yes.", but it would be a whole lot more work than installing the insulated joiners and extra feed wires. Or the even more simple solution of taking them back and getting Insulfrogs.

What does this have to do with DCC?

Thanks for the shout back. Can't return them as they're already opened and installed. They're in a yard so it would involve a lot of extra feed wires which I'd like to avoid if possible. Guess I'll just have to live and learn with my mistake!

Bummer, so you didn't notice they were electrofrog until already in. There should never be more than two extra feeders per turnout (and usually only one), regardless of the application. In fact if it is a stub ended yard it is possible that no extra feeders are needed. The power would simply be dead when the turnout is not set for that track. Perhaps I am not understanding something with your situation.

Yes, that's exaclty what happens. Insul Frog wouldn't do this. I guess I'll have to pull these all up and install them with insulated rail joiners and add extra feed wIres! Just like the directions say!

Well the way I underdstand it, and I'm no expert, is, one way ur stub track is powered and when you move the turnout the other way its not. That's with the Peco Electro Frog. Insul frog you're powered both ways.

You shouldn't have to pull them up. Just gap the rail where the insulated joiner should be.
