lol.... didn't BLMA make the figures that are mooning people? and slightly off topic, isn't there a super unofficial national moon amtrak day? not sure if its true but I had heard about it.

and i live close to where it is, and yes it is true, the annual mooning of the Amtrak is really quite popular lol. Ive never been myself, or seen it happen, but i think if i was on that train, i couldnt help myself to just bust up laughing.
 
This is funny to me, but it wasn't to the other engineer involved.
This was taken at the Great Scale Train show back in April 04. It seems the other engineer had a car come uncoupled about halfway back his train. Then he made the mistake of trying to back up and recouple. This caused a second problem , when he dropped cars all over the other track.
Here I come, bebopping around the bend, out of sight of the corner, with 72 cars of my own. Somebody hollered stop (which I did) but not before I had drilled through 2 cars, flipping 1 over the second unit!
No harm done, other than to my sides from laughing too hard!:D

July 11, 2009. It will be the 30th annual mooning of Amtrak and 4th Annual of Metrolink.

Some of the pictures may be somewhat offensive to viewers, beware. There is NO actual nudity posted on this website however....
 
that is great!!!! I could only imagine if that got to New Jersey on Amtraks northeast corridor. There are over 100+ trains a day that rumble down the NEC, both Amtrak and NJ Transit.
