Ken L, back when it was spring a week or so ago, I saw the first Robin...well actually 8 of them...

Ray they've been here in MD for ~4 weeks now. During that surprise 3" snowfall we got a few weeks ago, the poor things were congregating in the middle of my street because they didn't know where to look for worms under all the white stuff...

...A Blessed and Holy Good Frirday to those who celebrate.... Lots of birds around here also , Woodpeckers , Robins, Cardinals, and Blue Jays while I'm out smoking my Polish Sausage, ...
Paul, blessings to you too! I prefer eating Polish sausage myself - they don't make me go outside to do that:p

Ken L the layout will have to be no bigger than that so we can get around the front, the section at the bottom and left will be against the wall, in front on the oposite wall will be my shelf layout, it's all in the palnning stage now, i have allready thought of a different way to go, just got to get it on paper

Steve: It's good that you are taking care of the baby rabbit or the mom may not deliver Easter rabbit eggs Sunday morning.:D

Well the first day on the new job went well. Was just supposed to wander around the True Value and find out where everything is. This store has over 55,000 items so I will never know where everything is. Did get some sticking of shelves done and helped assemble a new paint display so I did feel like I got something accomplished. I think I am gong to enjoy working here, great folks to work with and I enjoy helping others find what they need or give advice on how to get something done. It was a great day indeed.

Good morning and top 'o' the day to all of ye. Going to continue with layout work today. I have 6 spurs to wire then I'll start in with the WS stuff.

You think that was fun, you should be in Mobile, Al when it does snow there.:D:p Only place I know that ANY snow will shut a town down for a week! Its even more fun watching the idiots try to drive in it! :p Saw one car coming down Spring Hill (highest point in Mobile) when I had an apartment there, and this guy did at least 6, 360's before a kindly tree jumped out and finally stopped him!

Well, one of my son's movies premeired last night at UAB! This one was made by the University. Its a drama/dcoumentary on Youth Violence. The university is going to fund a nationwide tour first for educators and schools and then hopefully it will be available for public viewing. It really explored some of the reasons for youth violence, thru interviews with youthful offenders, local officials and the like. Basic conclusion was the local officials had no clue. The offenders did. My son played a upper middle class bored kid. Had everything he ever wanted and how he went bad. (My son, bad,...not a chance:rolleyes:)

Don't want to brag but when the main cast was introduced, only he and the main character got a standing ovation!

The film was really good, and I'm not just saying it, so if it comes to a venue near you, see it with your kids. Its well worth it!

Mornin All ! Ray, Steve , Jeffrey, Bill ,Rex, Larry ,KenL , NZ Ken , And anyone else I missed . It's Holy Saturday in the Catholic Holiday, The Lord is still resting in his gravesite, In the Polish tradition I will be taking my Easter morning food to Blessed at our church . Carey big congratulations to your son and the proud Father , It means a lot when Our Children accomlish a major feat for the good !!!!!!!

Carey, That sounds like an interesting movie and a "must see" for parents. I know you are proud of your son! Congrats!

Hi fellows and a very good day to you!
Not much planned for the day other than figuring out my next step on the steel mill project. I have some updates on the progress posted, if you would like to take a look over in the benchwork section.

I sure have a "run the trains" mood and wish that I had invited a gaggle of MR's over for an Op session. Oh, well! (Think I will start planning for an ARG over here.)

Carey, glad Eddie's film had a good reception. I know you are proud.:)

Larry, have a good day at the job. Happy for you and glad the work is what you like.

PaulG, you are not alone with the chill. It is 45degF here in Bama country.

NZKen, you're too young to be tired and sore. Guess we need to send Steve over there to show you how it's done:eek: :D .

KenL, can you give us some idea on what you have in mind for the your steel project.

Just thinking: Where is Jos?

Evening all,
Carey glad your son was FANTASTIC in his role, congratulations sir.
Larry glad you had a fun day at work, it sound like your going to fit in real nice.

Now the sad bit,,, after the Easter Bunny put in a surprise enterance yesterday the por little fellow died as i fed him,,, and of course the children all saw it, i think he must have had some spinal injury from the cat bite on the neck, one min he was fine, the next he was paralised down the whole left side, he panicked and died there and then, he's gone to bunny heaven now.

Now then,,, how do you tell the kids tommorow that the easter bunny came and left easter egg's, that's going to be a tough one.
