Paul, I assume all went well with the procedure? Hope the cleanup in Western NY is going well.

I have to finish raking the left overs from triming a 6' hedge between properties today. I spent most of the day yesterday at the computer learning a new music editing software program. Almost finished 3 minutes of a song...... (Got 3 recordings to do and I am almost out of DAT tapes.) I'll get it learned! Sound recordists that use the program say it is fantastic after you learn it so It is a good move for the business.

Ray keep going at it Ray, you will soon get up to speed with the software.

Last night i had a little tear in the eye, we said a final fairwell to our friends, they are off the singapore then Oz, lucky i say.

At work today i uncovered some bullying that a senior manager was dishing out to his men:mad: , i stepped in to the breech and got a full frontal barage myself:eek: , but after today i don't think it will happen again:D ;) :D
I hate people like that, but feel sorry as well, there must be something wrong with them to do it in the first place
 
Hi all been a busy day taking care of some buisness related to our storm. Ray I have to go Tuesday for my procedure. Found out my wife has the same thing so she's going to the Heart Coctor on Moday . I guess when it rains it pours . Have a nice evening all!

Ahha! I knew it was to be on Tuesday, just got the wrong week. Good luck with it! I have several friends that have had it and they all said they felt better immediately. Good luck to your wife also.

Hey Paul. The Finger Lakes had some sunshine this morning. Lasted, oh, about 8 minutes. You should have had it about 2 hours earlier than we did. You must have missed it. LOL
 
Howdy everyone,,, just looking to a masive box of food and spices we got off our friends who are emigrating, Mmmmmmmmm smells good
 


Hummm, I stopped by Tuesday Morning, its a clearnce type store, that buys department store overstock, and found this neat little brick & mortar building set. Its box cover says "Intelligence Mini-building" and the stock number "WO-2020311", but I'm unsure of the real manufacturer. Anyways, it includes a number fo building bloc type peices (more square & larger though), and some tera cotta type roof peices... I paid a total of $8 for it, and wish I could find more now, as the parts are perfect for HO scale work! The windows & doors can be disposed of, but everything else I'm going to use with some buildings on my layout.

I'll post pics this weekend.

Nicky's just took our little girl to the ER, as she fell today now her knee's swelling up, hopefully it's just bruising but it's better to be on the safe side
 
Steve, I'm so happy to hear Gemma's OK! I know they're pretty resilient, but I always get a big glitch in MY tummy when I learn that one of the little ones has an "owwie."

Josh, we have a Tuesday Morning nearby also, but I never think to stop there for modeling stuff. Thanks for the tip.
 
Evening Gang: It cooled off here yesterday afternoon. The temp was down to the low 50s this morning and it felt good. It's supposed to be colder tomorrow morning. Not much going on here. We did a bit of cleaning up around today. I got one last load off to the county barn. They had a free dumping day Saturday and let me bring a last load in today. I just made it in time.
Time for bed. We have to haul hay in from our son's place tomorrow so I want to get a good nights sleep.
