C40-9 and C44-9W differences?

Awhile ago I bought a Athearn Bluebox CSX C44-9W, CSX never purchased C44-9Ws, and of course I want another project to do, just piling up now, but I've wanted an NS C40-9, does anybody know of any major cosmetic differences, other than the cab, between a C44-9W and C40-9?
 
I don't know but I'm sure if you found a photo of the NS loco you want and compared it to what you have you would know!
