First a big thank you to all the visitors and participants to this thread. Now on to the business at hand.
In this Contest you will see two different photos. The first is photo #1 and you are to find the differences in photo #2. You will see that the photos are not identical this time around. Two perspectives, but you can see the changes/differences in the photo #2.
There are six (6) changes/differences no more. Three are fairly straight forward. Two are more difficult and one is very hard. First to list all six is the winner and may pick from the prizes listed in a previous post.
Remember these contests hints. First and foremost is DO NOT POST YOUR CHOICES UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU HAVE ALL SIX! If you miss even one you've helped your less abled competitors by giving them five correct answers. Second, pay attention to all things in these photos and best of luck. If we can't get a six pick winner maybe we can have a drawing among those with five or something?
Photo #1: I could use some help here. I cannot find these two photos. Anyone??
Photo #2
Contest ends Tuesday at 0900 PDT USA. Best of luck. Jim
Tony, Thanks to you. No Contest guesses? Anyway, this layout represents SW America in about early 1941. While the Great Depression is behind us this area of the country near Cortez, Colorado hasn't felt the economy change much for the better. So things are still simple and utilitarian. As the layout begins to be built on the other sides of the room things a much more dreary, more barren desert like area will appear. These areas made good economic strides with the advent of WWII, but not yet. Jim
Well Jim I'm a little under the weather but I see:
Two trees behind structure with 2x4’s on the roof,
Two trees behind where the turntable is pointing,
No small structure behind engine house,
Man standing behind to right of turntable,
Trees on the hillside behind engine house,
No Small structure behind engine house.
JimT, Good for you. You got two correct. I thought the tree behind the building would be the hardest. You also got the man standing at the end of the turntable, probably the easiest. All the rest are incorrect. The small structure doesn't count as the camera angle makes it invisible. All things are visible in both photos except the missing tree. I gave this one to you because I had 'hoped' you figured out that I could not have taken the Photo #1 with it in place. Tricky eh? The trees the turntable is pointing to does not count because those trees were not totally visible in Photo #1.
Get well soon. And trees play no further part in this contest. Jim
Jim, angles and qwerks. I believe you, haha. I've been feeling poorly last couple of days but still had a bit of work to do. Did it and still feel slow. Good to work the head though. Thanks for the oppertunity. JimT
