Ok, here's another question, Can I wire as if I am installing DCC right now and run a train or 2 on DC?
The key phrase is "a train or 2."

If you wire for DCC from the start, you will be able to run only one train at a time on DC. When you later switch to DCC, you will be able to run multiple trains at the same time.

To run two trains at once on DC, you will need extra wiring, toggle switches, and a second power pack, none of which will be needed when you switch to DCC.

My recommendation is to wire for DCC and be happy running one train at a time on DC until such time as you can move to DCC.
