Also, note that the sound version will be Loksound and not Soundtraxx as in previous models. First Atlas, now Bowser switching to Loksound. Interesting development.

Don't overlook the fact River Point Station, True Line Trains and Kato have switched to Loksound as well ....

TrainFest_Bowser_C430.jpg

Following its line of C-truck ALCO Century diesels, Bowser will have an Executive Line Century 430 in HO-scale. The model was ALCO’s 3,000 horsepower answer to EMD’s GP40. Original owners included New York Central, Green Bay & Western, Reading, and Seaboard Coast Line. Seaboard’s trio of C430s began as gray, white and black ALCO Demonstrator locos and later served in solid gray paint under Louisville & Nashville ownership. NYC’s C430s saw repaints into Penn Central and blue Conrail dress. Susquehanna, Morristown & Erie, and Western New York & Pennsylvania are among second hand operators of C430s.
Roadnames in the first release will include: Demonstrator, New York Central, Penn Central, Conrail (Blue, Black and RDG patch), Reading, Seaboard Coast Line, Louisville & Nashville, Susquehanna (two schemes), Western New York & Pennsylvania (two schemes), Morristown & Erie, and Green Bay & Western (two schemes). See HO-scale and Prototype information: HO-Scale Trains Resource ALCO Century 430.
