Best brown ties track?

Atlas code 83 in HO has brown ties. It's nice enough track but the brown isn't very realistic. You'd probably have to paint it anyway. I used Peco Code 83 and spray painted it with Rustoleum camouflage brown. It's a nice dark brown that is dead flat. I painted the rails and ties the same dark color. Once the paint was sprayed I immediately wiped off the tops of the rails with an old t shirt. That way the tops were still shiny. Some day I may go back and add a rusty wash to the sides of the rails but for now it looks better than brand new track.

I guess I'm saying that no matter what you use you will have to paint it to look realistic. If you don't care that much than you can use black or brown ties. Neither will look realistic unpainted but neither will look bad either. Your choice I guess.:)
