Moments ago, a mere novice at AI (me) instructed my AI agent to produce a picture of a faded Texas Mexican Railway boxcar on can abandoned railway in the Sonoran Desert… the result is frightening… this was my second attempt

Which Ai were you using? Those look great

Now, bring up a picture it rendered for you. Ask it to create a sequence for you to match the weathering of the car in the rendering including paint, product numbers and ratios to mix with thinner. Tell us what happens next!

I asked Ai from Google Gemini once to create a boxcar for the Wisconsin Interstate (my freelance railroad) and gave it the colors I use. Most ugly thing you could imagine, but it did what I asked of it

It’s Gemini…

My only other experience was a few weeks ago using it to figure out the size of decals…fairly basic
This kind of stuff is a great leap forward from that…

Very nice pictures, I'm curious, what was the prompt you gave?

I did this last month, showing my flat car with the scratch load and deck I did.

Lloyd

Hey Lloyd…that’s neat..!
I provide Gemini with photo of an HO subject I painted and ask Gemini to put certain car(s) in a certain scene and describe it…
It’s very easy…
Thanks…

It is excellent other than the guard rail in there for no apparent reason, and the brake hose looks brand new.

I like the single car much better than the strings of cars in the later images (can't call them photos as they are really works of "art").
