I've been looking at Stewart Hobbies Diesel locomotives, don't know anything about Stewart Hobbies.
Question do they make a good Ho locomotive engine / product?
Thanks
Stewart Hobbies produced some of the best running locos on the market in the 1990s, on par with the Atlas of that same time period. They did not have a lot of exterior detail, but the Kato drive system was smooth as silk. A little later they switched from the Kato motors to Buhler. They were still wonderful drives.

I think the switch in drives was with the introduction of the FT locomotives.

In 2004 Bowser purchased Stewart and continues to produce the models.
