While putting together a building, structure, and such, that has a good backside/end that won't be able to be seen when you place it on your layout.
Put the back end together ....but don't glue it to building/structure.
But use that for a piece for backdrop scenery, placed against a wall and such, if that makes any sense.
You can also add a mirror behind the structure, especially if against a wall. That will allow you to show off the normally not-viewable side, but if you do it right, it will make that part of the layout appear larger by doubling the viewable area.
