Have you tried Walthers?


Looks like Trainz has them as well.


I believe Peco has code 100 three ways if that’s what you need.
 
The Walthers version are very nice, but they take some fiddling. The two sets of points must lie tight against the one side or you get shorts caused by bridging the two polarities. Also, you may have to paint the frog areas with clear nail varnish for a small area to keep the metal tires and flanges of powered wheels from making contact between two polarities. It's a pain if not done properly, but once you figure them out, they work reliably for years 'n years....as mine has.
