Badger/Modelflex BNSF Orange 16-152 waterbased acrylic airbrush ready. You can buy it from modelflexpaint.com, but you should buy at least 6 bottles of paint (assorted colors) if you want make the shipping ($13.00) worthwhile. You might try one of the online retailers or one of the following...

I model the D&H but I do run a couple of EL E-8s (nos 816, 820) with my D&H passenger trains from when they were on lease/lend to the D&H.
BTW Tom, I'm also in Glens Falls, NY.

91% Iso alcohol will remove the acrylic paint and won't harm styrene plastic which I'm pretty sure is what that bus is made of. 91% isopropyl alcohol is safe on all plastic I'm aware of including styrene, ABS,and resins.

I would coat th decals with Microscale's Liquid Decal Film. This stuff works great for rejuvenating old decals. I would also order directly from Microscale's webpage, you get them faster and they only charge actual postage.

As with any paint your going to airbrush with, the ratio of paint to thinner doesn't matter, what matters is the consistency. What you want is the consistency of milk, somewhere between skim and 2%. Whether that takes 10 or 20% thinner doesn't matter.
