    If your compressor can manage 25-30 psi it should be more than enough. A lot of folks I know use compressors that don't even have a tank so that pancake should exceed requirements. I learned a long time ago so perhaps I've forgotten a lot of the pain of acquiring the needed skills 🤔

    Yes, sorry about the imprecise language. Tamiya makes two lines, I should have said Tamiya lacquer (acetone). It's not the manufacturer that drives my workflow but the solvent. Mr Paint is also lacquer (acetone solvent) Nice work, BTW

    I usually use Lacquer based paint like Tamiya or Mr Paint for the primer and base coat, then weather in water based like Vallejo or Tamiya Water based. This way if I don't like the weathering it is much easier to remove the water based weathering.
