Track Cleaning Car

Hi - I have a medium size N scale switching layout that hasn't seen any activity for about 2 years. It's has code 40 hand laid rail and hand built turnouts. Since its been dormant track needs cleaning. Looking for a track cleaning car for starters that might help get things going. Just wondering what you folks have used that actually works. Saw one on Amazon from Bachmann if anyone has comments on it (sorry not good at copying links):

Bachmann Trains - 50' Plug Door Track Cleaning Box Car - Union Pacific® - N Scale

I like to use Aero-Car track and rail cleaner: https://achlubes.com/
I believe it is non polar (very important)

It can be applied with paper towel or a cloth and can be used with a track cleaning car like this as well.

I bought a CMX n scale cleaning car. I have a lot of hidden track and big hands, so I cannot get into a lot of the mountain areas. Works great. I use 99% isopropyl for the solution. I found it works best on my layout pushing, not pulling.

ok, thanks for the replies. I did some reading up on non-polar cleaners which I didn't know about before. Wound up getting a can of CRC 2-26 which is safe for plastics and non-polar from what I read. I applied it with a soft cloth and seems to do a nice job.
