First question is steam, diesel, or electric? What power do you plan on using? Straight AC?

Prefer steam (1940 - 1950's), what ever power system gives me low speeds ( 2 -10 mph).

How about an 0-6-0. About 26 minutes into this he finally moves the locomotive.
