Question on these engines

Are they worth the price?
Are they upgradeable to DCC?

The posatives i see about them are can motor, dual drive axles.

Also Does anyone know where i can find good pics of UP loco's? I would like to do some detail work on other UP's i have but really cant find a good site.

been trying to find something that shows every type they have used along with what years they were ran ect...

This is just my personal opinion, so take it for what it's worth. Model Power is on the low end of the scale as far as train manufacturers. I had 1 or 2 many years ago and had nothing but trouble from them. Athearn engines can be found on ebay very cheap.

Jerome is right but more kind than me. That engine is pure junk. The paint scheme is completely wrong and the bulldog nose is one of the worst I've seen. In addtion, the engine is pure fantasy since the UP never ran any F2's. I'm sure it's not easily upgradeabe to DCC and it looks terrible in person. For not much more, you could get a Bachmann GP-35 or GP 40 with DCC already installed and it woud look much better.
