Ive already introduced myself in the other thread so I wont repeat that and get straight to it...

Just to get started I purchased a Bachmann North Pole & Southern engine and coal tender, both have lights on the side.
I bought 6' circle of brass LBG track

Now what for the power? For now I just need enough power for the Christmas train and any accessories such as sound cars and Im not sure if G scale has all the little houses and things like Lionel does.

Thanks in advance!

Don't know why I didn't see this sooner. Hope you figured it out for Christmas. Any larger DC power supply with at least 1 amp output will work. I ran my G-Gauge trains from an MRC tech 1400 for many years.

Yes there are G-gauge buildings you can buy.
