My loco runs fine .. I have one Kato N scale E8/9 pulling 22 freight rolling stock and that part is working fine. My problem is (and I've had this before with some other locos) that the headlight only comes on with every other speed step. It's set to 28 steps. The decoder is a Digitrax DN163K0a. I am not pulling my hair out (bald anyway 
) over this but it is vexing. . I've installed the same decoder in other of my Kato N scale locos (P1A, P1B, and other E8/9's) that do not seem to have that problem as of the moment. I hope someone might give me a clue as to what I might do in the CV's to get it sorted out
