N-Scale Fox Valley GE ES44AC Derailing

I have an n-scale fox valley es44ac KCS roadname that keeps derailing, I have it lashed up with the same fox valley NS version es44ac the KCS locomotive derails and the NS locomotive doesn't. I have checked the wheel gauge on the KCS locomotive with my NMRA gauge and it seems to be correct. Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions as to what could be causing the KCS locomotive to derail?

Is it a problem in a particular spot. Watching where it derails can help pinpoint the problem. Sometimes the trip pin will catch a switch rail from being a little low.
