MTH getting sued?

If MTH is anything like they are on their other lawsuits, of course they were on the suing end, I bet they fight it. Not to start the whole UP vs trademark issue, I hope that Mike gives them a run for their money, I guess UP sued Lionel also, but that case is still going on as far as I know.
