Lionel eBay Store

I just found the Lionel eBay store. I am not sure how long they have been selling direct on eBay, but I thought others maybe interested to know. It looks like most items are refurbished or maybe overstock.

What are your thoughts about this?

Do any other manufacturers have eBay stores?

Do you think this could be a trend that other manufacturers may follow?

Do you think this is good for model railroading?

I am interested to hear what everyone thinks.

G'day Louis....maybe Lionel is unique in going to EBAY...also smart...because EBAY is a great outlet for great stuff...Innovation often comes from such things...Cheers Rod

G'day Louis and all , and a special shout out to any prospective buyers of Lionel equipment in Australia...An On line store AND EBAY store run by the same people ..
littlecaboosetrains.com.au......and Little Caboose Trains 2013..respectively are carrying more and more mostly Lionel O Scale items now...Not tons of stuff but it's a start..Thought you'd like to know if you're investigating O Scale in OZ....Cheers Rod...
