Kato 3 color HO signal light problem

Hello,

I am having trouble setting up my 3 color signal. When I connect it to the track output of my DCC controller, it doesn't work for some reason. It is DCC friendly according to Kato. Please help. Thank you.

No sir it is more complicated than that. Plus reversing the wires on AC (which is essentially DCC) wouldn't matter. AC voltage has no polarity. I have Kato tech person working on researching on how to connect the signal light. But thank you for advice.
