Yes, Washington Boro. And yes, that was my first VW, a 1985 Golf. Did a lot of railfanning in that car. Wrecked it when I pulled out onto Rt. 11/15 at the Rockville bridge in 1995.

You take your life in your hands on that road. PennDOT has tried a lot of things to try to reduce accidents, but it's just too congested, with too many blind driveways/intersections. They finally have gotten rid of the suicide passing lanes North of there.

Well imagine that, my first car was a 1990 VW Golf GL, California model. Got it when stationed there for three months in 1994 while attending training. The stuff i did with that car. One of the vehicles i regret selling.
