Go make something!
It looks like a GP7. It has four axles and four radiator fans. It has three grills under the cab and at least the profile of cast handrail stanchion connectors between the vertical posts and the horizontal bar. Williams is a manufacturer so it seems to be a Williams GP7.

B&O's GP7 locomotives were numbered 3400-3406 when delivered, later became 740-746 and finally, 5625-5631 so its number isn't correct.

Thanks I'm new to the hobby so any help is appreciated, I have a regular DC system and it seems to run really slow but my older stuff has no problems could it be because it's a newer engine I'm running post war Lionel transformers
