I've been all over the internet looking for information on who made an HO scale BN crane car and boom tender, and when. A friend of mine has a BN tender from his dad's model train collection. I'm curious to know who made it and when. It resembles the very "popular" Tyco A.T. & S. F. crane car and boom tender that has a red crane and a gray tender. The only BN crane and tender I can find on the internet is the Lionel brand, but it's not the same as the one my friend has. My friend has the tender but not the crane. I researched the old Tyco train sets in my search and came up empty handed every place I looked. Do any of you have one?

The tender looks identical to this gray AT&SF tender, except it is green and is marked Burlington Northern. His BN tender appears to be factory made..
