When I recorded the footage of the Wyoming Division MRR I did one run all the way through with a go pro cam on a flat car. The only way it would work was with the cam on its side. I didn't realize it at the time, but the flat car it was mo UK nted on needed a truck tune up. It caused the car to waddle down the track. I was able to rotate the footage so it showed right side up, but the waddle was still obvious despite using the anti shake feature of the editing software.
There are a few video clips of my home empire using my own Sony mini came that fits right on a flat car and d oil isn't wobble.
