Station Agent

For anyone out there trying to model the Chicago L, you probably know there isn't much out there in terms of the truss-like structures that elevate the tracks over the road. Well, I was looking around, and found a site that has the structures in N scale. The only downside is that they are paper models, but they could be easily assembled out of styrene or something, and they're FREE! Just thought I should share this with everyone. Enjoy!

On the other hand if you've got plenty of cash, check out this

I've got one of the 'free' Build Your Chicago' Els as a postcard they sell for a couple of bucks here as souvineers. I thought they could be blown up and used for patterns but the quality isn't very good.

I've used Plastruct , Atlas, and Central Valley parts to create my El. Still has a lot of work to go.

I've built about twelve feet and two full stations using the Imagine That kits - make for an absolutely stunning model !
