Hi all,
I have posted two pictures of this passenger/baggage car. I am fairly certain it is O guage, and I believe pre-war. The center rail under the car says BLT 7-1937.
Has anyone ever seen this type of car before and know anything about it?
Cheers all

That marking looks more like it was inscribed in the wood. BLT. is usually short for built. It looks all wood. and about HO scale.

Standard gauge passenger cars are almost all around 10 feet (120 inches) wide, but different lengths. Measure the width if you aren't sure of the scale.

O scale = 2 1/2 inches wide

S scale = 1 7/8 inches wide

HO scale = 1 3/8 inches wide

Walthers was making O scale kits in the 1930's. Here are some.

Bruce, I believe you have resolved my question. This is O guage, two rail, and I will call it a Walthers. This is for sale if anyone is interested. I have HO only.
