Hello

I just recently purchased an old Rivarossi Empire State streamliner. It was sold with some gluing error above the front headlight I managed to clean it up and wanted to paint the loco. The paint work is pretty good across the whole body and my preference is to maintain the original paint if I can. The area that needed repair (front nose) needed a bit of sanding to get rid of the excess glue that was built up from a bad repair job, in doing so some of the paint came away which is understandable. I was hoping to try and find a silver paint that would match the shade of silver used by rivarossi at the time and blend it in the original paint work. Any thoughts on how this can be achieved?
I am happy to look at all options and suggestion.

Best Regards
Chef
