winging cr since 2008

Picked up an Bachmann Amtrak Phase I passenger car a few months ago, and have no clue what it's designation is. I only have the car number, 8039. It looks like Athearn trucks, and Bachmann body and chassis. I'm a freight guy, not passenger. Can someone please help me with the designation? B30
