    BR 80 has a large water tank on each side of the boiler, BR 89 doesn't. That's the most obvious difference, beside the numbers ;-)

    That looks like a BR 89. That was a switcher engine.

    If You can't clean the old files, throw them away. To prevent new clogging stroke with a lime stick over the file. This eases the cleaning of the files.

    Some prices are too high, especially for the few N-Scale engines. You should also specify the scale of the each offer, or allow to filter the desired scale.

    Hi, the electronic part with the grey capacitor is a "Hornby Zero 1" decoder. Google it and compare the images... That's the main reason why the Big Boy doesn't move. You should either replace it with a current DCC decoder if You run Your trains digital or remove if You operate analog. Regards...
