Picked up a concrete coaling tower on eBay for a song. I have to stop looking at things there.

I'm not sure if I want to use this or go with a smaller wooden one. I'm not in any hurry, the space where I would put the engine facilities is full of bookshelves and we might move before I get to that side of the room. But I'll have an engine facility at some point.

Mailman brought me presents again today. I really love ordering stuff. :)

Got a different jib crane to add to the scrap metal dealer, a pair of sprue cutting tweezers, some more NBW castings and some car stops to put on the rails at Tylick Tool. I think I'll also add a bumper to the edge of the decking where the coupler would hit.

Got a few things off evil bay and it came in the mail yesterday. I snatched up (2) 50 ft box cars for 25 bucks for the pair both are The Bay Line cars with same road numbers. So I bought some decals for renumbering them both and another car I already had. I also picked up another box car 50ft Marinette Tomahawk and Western.

Although I haven't been working the layout I am still purchasing items for the layout. I ordered a few other things I will share when they arrive. This weekend I spent both days cutting up an ash tree for firewood this winter. It was already dead. I have another 2 weekends of work on cutting them and splitting. Anyhow see pics of my mail call items!

Well I received a few items that I can't believe I got and won on evil bay.

1st is the Atlas Caboose for ASAB Atlanta & St. Andrews Bay "The Bay Line" extended vision caboose - Bay Line #10 I paid 50 bucks for it. Amazing! I have been seeing these cabeese go for 100 bucks so I couldn't believe I got it for that price. Very detailed I may need to get another one in Union Pacific.

Next up is a a big score for me on this wood chip hopper custom painted in ASAB Atlanta & St. Andrews Bay "The Bay Line". I am not sure who the manufacturer is but it looks to be a Walthers line or possibly Atlas. I paid more than what I wanted to but had to have it. 70 dollars plus shipping of 8 dollars. Grumble grumble. Oh but it is a dandy!

So now that kinda completes my rolling stock for now on the Bay Line that will be interchanging from the south line to my JRs UPRR. Now I just need to get an Atlas RS-1 undecorated and see if I can get JTEX to custom paint and bash it as the nose will need to be chopped. ;)

Next will be working on the north line interchange....

Here are some pictures.
