    Not that I know of, it's a simple Bachmann DCC controller.

    When idling after driving and coming to a stop, my ET44AH CSX engine will start ro move on its own. Either forward or backward depending on what direction it's set to. Very slowly. Weird and Why? I'm using a Bachmann DCC controller with it.
