Welcome to the Pine Flat Buildings & Structures thread. As I tend to have several building projects going at any one time, rather than posting individual threads for each building or structure I'm putting all the b&s posts under a single topic. I'm not one to stop what I'm doing to take pics and post step-by-step stuff, but I will be posting progress reports from time to time. Thanks for taking time to visit!

I'm looking forward to it!
Weekend update...
Worked on back log of FSM detail castings, mostly from the Logging Repair Shed, Freight House and Schramm Mfg kits. Updates coming on the individual kit building but need to get a bit ahead of the game with the details.
Casting are sorted, cleaned up a bit, washed and tacked down on the hobby sticks with a spot of Aleene's. Makes it easier to prime, paint and store them.
Great idea using the sticks!
Pine Flat theme is being discontinued...
After getting back to the workbench, trying to finish up some detail castings, I've discovered that my eyesight, motor skills and patience are just not up to the task of model building at the level I wanted to achieve with the Pine Flat layout. With that in mind, I am discontinuing the Pine Flat diorama theme and resurrecting my old Texas South East RR. It will be a more conventional model railroad with a transition-era industrial switching theme.
Thanks to everyone who looked, liked, and commented.
