New HO vehicle announcements from Oxford

Probably still at least a year before the "new tooling" ones hit the hobby shop shelves. The 58 Impala, 57 Olds, and 66 GTO have been previously announced in different colors for December '23 arrival. The 59 Plymouth, as a police version, is also due out in December '23.

The Chevy panel truck has previously been released as a delivery truck for "Hank's Diner", as a police paddy wagon, and as an ambulance.

Oxford just delivered these two to me, being in the UK and Oxford being a UK company does have advantages sometimes!

The pick up at least will need a bit of weathering I think.

And now Oxford is already teasing us with the next set of new releases. Of the vehicles shown in this image, the Corvair Greenbriar van with surfboard, 64 Ford Country Sedan wagon, the Studebaker, and the Packard, are all to be 1/87 scale. The others will likely be N scale or OO scale.

But a Routemaster looks good with any scale, depends on where you put it.
