Found this to have many uses. Long-time builders may already have used them.

Yes I have a few different sizes and use them for glues, paints, lube, cleaning etc.
When I’m finished with them I just pull the tips off and they get a second life as stir sticks, pokers, all kinds of stuff.
I bought mine from a dental supply warehouse cheap.
