    That was my feeling too. But, as it happens, I discovered my hobby shop sells the stuff, so I went ahead and bought it just to experiment. We’ll see. Thanks again for all your help.

    Oh. Duh. Thanks. As long as I have your attention . . . Maybe you have a "take" on this: The instructions say to use MicroSol when applying the decals to the windows. I'd have to buy some somewhere, and probably only ever use it this once. Do you have experience with decals and MicroSol...

    Wow, yeah. That actually looks great. Do you happen to remember how much light you had installed in there to get that much "glow-through"? (If you don't, that's fine. This is still very helpful . . . and encouraging. Thanks.)

    This is my first post to these forums. I hope it's the type of query that belongs here. Recently bought the Walthers Cottage Grove church model. Started to assemble, and ran into some confusion. I intend to do interior lighting. The kit comes with window decals (to mimic stained glass), but...
