There is a NS / CSX crossover close to me, called Clinchcross, on the former Clinchfield line. I would love to get a crossover shot there sometime.

That's possible, but considering that many, if not most railroads existed before the towns concerned, I would question how much authority the towns could exert on railroads.

From what I see on the website, the .dmg file for the MAC you have is 8.5 mb. So you should have all you need. The download may not be the problem. WishI could offer more, but I don't have a mac to experiment with.

What version of the MAC OS are you running? Power PC or Intel Processor?

One of the fondest memories I have of my dad was the Christmas morning that I woke up to find that he had spent the whole night building me a ferris wheel from the Erector set he had bought me for Christmas. That was a very monumental task and I loved playing with that set and building stuff...

Only a guess here but removal or air pressure puts on the safety brakes, that was designed in to the system so that if a hose broke you didn't lose control of the train.
My guess is that leaving the hoses disconnected on parked or unused cars is just another safety valve of keeping them from...
