    That parts did not get heated up enough for the solder to stick or bond together like it should. There was enough heat to melt the solder but not make a good bond

    I can not see the terminal block close enough but it looks like there is nothing on the top and bottom wires on the block. They need jumpers to the bus wires or just move them in one position to the other bus wires

    I believe they are ca led 1 2; 3 blocks and are precision blocks used in machining work. The 1 2 3 is from being 3 dimensional and all three are different sizes
