    Securing track to cork roadbed

    I have used Grey latex caulking to fasten the roadbed to foam, and track to roadbed. I pinned the flex track every 6 inches on curves to hold it in place. A bead down the center, spread out. Removed the foam pins when done. Seems to hold securely.

    Thanks to IronHorse for the advice about raiding the pantry. I did that for the completion of the mainline track. The track I laid the other day with less pantry items seems smooth. Dodged a bullet on that thanks to the smooth cork roadbed. My son is already testing out the track.
