    After taking everything apart three times I found the problem. One of the drive shaft universal joints on one of the trucks had a hairline Crack. So it grabbed a little and then the drive shaft would stop spinning so now the other truck had all the load and then that universal wasn't either...

    I disconnected the drive train & ran the motor in both directions. It ran fine, no lock ups. So now I'm going to regrease & oil the drive train & oil the motor. Maybe it needs a lube job. I hope to get to it tomorrow. SaveShare

It will turn a little bit & then it locks up, so thenI turn the motor in the other direction & it does the same thing it .locks up after a few turns.     I thought that every HO DC Engine is wired all the same so that they all run in the same direction at the same time. So if this is true shouldn't plus & minus be the same wire in all the engines? Also how do I tell which wire is plus or minus in the engine? I appreciate any help.
